Designed various questions depending on campaign size and type and achieved a remarkable 31% success rate. • Collaborated with 11 suppliers and internal resources, including upper management and leadership. • Increased supplier reach with a single point of contact, improved margin by 4%, increased bid success by 14%, and increased close rate by 29% by augmenting SOPs. • Championed a health and safety culture by building a committee and investing three hours weekly on updates and verifying compliance regulations. • Created and executed a business development strategy that addressed regaining customers, entrance to the SMB midmarket, and design of call-out campaign and secured funds to buy contact lists. • Managed certification requirements for all vendor lines. • Secured favourable conditions when negotiating purchase contracts and pricing agreements. • Created a cross-sell/upsell and renewals program.
