Communication: I was involved in various communications to improve the overall experience for both candidates and employees, using tools like Teams, Zoom, Slack, and BaseCamp for communication and project management. I also used online survey applications to gather feedback and OpenAI and other AI tools to support content creation. My work was conducted in a digital and agile environment, where I utilized a range of tools including Notion for content management and Trello for project planning.
