Inspect the completed work and prepare defect lists if necessary. • Ensure that the items in the defect lists are rectified when required and carry out such further inspections as necessary to ensure that the work is completed. • Attend site meetings, progress meetings, design and technical meetings, meet up with statutory bodies as required and representing the company in all relevant meetings. • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including contractor and local authorities to facilitate the construction activities. • Signing as the site supervisor for application of permit to commence railing, cladding and other submissions carry out by the contractor’s PE.
