My work focuses on scalable, inclusive, and learner-centered solutions. ⏰Key Responsibilities💻 • Design and deliver interactive asynchronous, SCORM-compliant training using Articulate Rise, Camtasia, Captivate, Canva, EdPuzzle, Google Classroom and more. • Provide ongoing guidance and support for core systems—including ClassLink, Neptune Navigator, Teachers.io, Frontline, and Educator’s Handbook—through in-person and virtual training, on-demand job aids, and responsive, service-oriented support. • Partner with IT on access, configuration, and troubleshooting for Apple and Windows devices. • Oversee asset management, including device intake, surplus coordination, and inventory tracking. • Manage digital communications across Facebook, Instagram, X, Google Classroom, and web platforms. • Lead teacher onboarding, offboarding, and tech Professional Development aligned to ISTE standards and staff needs. • Coordinate platform transitions and timelines using Google Workspace, Zoom, and other tools as needed. ⚒️Select Projects🛠️ •Created an asynchronous staff onboarding system that reduced support requests and improved long-term resource access. The positive feedback and demand for similar training have informed future initiatives and ongoing instructional planning. • Created 1,000+ branded visual assets to boost communication and engagement. Managed photo release verification and organized assets for streamlined staff access. • Led major system rollouts impacting access, safety, and movement; used staff feedback to refine rollouts and strengthen culture. • Maintained instructional and operational continuity through district-mandated transitions. • Supported AP and AI expansion and instructional alignment through targeted PD and cross-department collaboration.
