I’m both a creative and a strategically minded professional who combines strong organisation, communication skills and psychological insight. My background is in coaching, psychology, marketing and assissting CEOs. I help individuals and small business owners cut through confusion, gain clarity, systematise and organise their business for setting off for a greater impact. People often describe me as direct, precise, and very adept at getting to the real issue. I have a natural ability to see what’s slowing someone down - whether it’s mindset, lack of structure, or unclear strategy - and to offer practical, actionable guidance that removes overwhelm and creates forward movement. I’m especially good at simplifying complex situations. Whether I’m helping with communication, organization, or mindset alignment, I focus on creating systems and clear frameworks that bring more ease and efficiency. I work with both the visible side of business and the invisible one: patterns of behavior, decision-making, motivation, and the psychology behind performance. Clients value my grounded presence, sharp observations, and no-nonsense approach. I bring clarity, order, and a sense of direction where things previously felt scattered or stuck. All this requires a great deal of communication and some time (usually 1-2 months depending on the issues and the speed with which I can to get to know your business in great detail) - this is crucial, because otherwise mistakes detrimental to business might occur.
