Feb. 2019 - Feb. 2020London, United KingdomWorking within EY’s Executive Layer, I led all aspects of Brand, Marketing & Communications for EY's Global Insurance business, leading a team across London and New York and sitting on the Global Insurance Executive Committee. Key aspects of the role included: Translating the EY Insurance business's priorities into an integrated, multi-channel marketing strategy and tactical plan to build the EY insurance brand and help drive revenue growth; Oversight of all Global Insurance channels (including ey.com, social, PR, internal comms); Serving as a member of the Global Insurance Executive Committee, providing strong BMC leadership and guidance to the Global Insurance Global Sector team; Serving as a member of EY Financial Services BMC Leadership team; and management of the Global Insurance BMC budget and oversight of all planning and operations. Commerciality and collaboration were both essential elements to my success in this role. I was fanatical about the importance of understanding clients, key stakeholders and the competitive landscape to equip the EY insurance sales force with the right go- to-market tools to spark client dialogue, enhance relationships and win new business as well as the need to support, align and inspire cross-border, cross-function collaboration to create strong relationships that enabled the successful co-creation, development and deployment of Global programs into regional markets.
