As Country Coordinator: • Established office premises, staffing, and training. • Managed administrative, program, and support staff. • Launched local and international projects on schedule. • Formed a Steering Committee, Board of Directors, and stakeholder networks. • Built brand awareness and media relationships across Tanzania. Achievements: • Developed strategic partnerships with government regulatory bodies. • Grew the volunteer base from 0 to 500+. • Raised over $120,000 annually from international and local sponsors. • Increased audience attendance from 13,000 in 2004 to 40,000 in 2008.
