Oversaw project timelines, resource allocation, and logistical planning for training events. • Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting: Maintained communication with senior leadership, including the Global Church Planting Engineer and the President of Harvesters Ministries. Delivered reports on project outcomes, financial performance, and growth strategies. Provided transparent statistical analysis, media content, and strategic feedback. • Financial Planning & Resource Management: Oversaw budgeting and financial management for all training programs. Managed travel logistics, coordinated with the finance team for budget approvals, and handled post-event reconciliations, ensuring fiscal responsibility. • Leadership Development & Succession Planning: Identified and developed indigenous leaders to ensure long-term sustainability of church planting efforts. Negotiated and implemented Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) for resource management and leadership roles.
