As National Account Manager at Atari, I managed a $30 million annual budget and ensured budget targets were consistently met. I oversaw the entire account process, from initial strategy development, forecasting, and budgeting to logistics liaison and review of results. Additionally, I sourced and developed new business opportunities nationally, managed promotional, trade, and vendor events, and created competitions, sales incentives, point-of-sale distribution, and other order-generation activities.
