I managed Thirty-Five (35) Engineering staff: Three Technical Supervisors (Processing Supervisor, Electrical Supervisor and Filling and Packing Supervisor), Eight Processing Mechanics, Eight Filling and Packing Mechanics, Eight Electricians and Eight Casuals. 3. I managed and put in necessary measures to implement Operational Master Plan (OMP) for the Beverages Engineering Department.
4. I led excellent execution of Preventive and Predictive Maintenance.
5. I was also responsible for the management of Capital Expenditure (CAPEX), yearly budget plan and spare parts inventory for all maintenance works for the Beverages department.
6. I ensured the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs).

iv) I managed Capital Expenditure (CAPEX), yearly budget plan and spare parts inventory for all maintenance works for Industrial Services.
v) I ensured the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs). 2) I was the Energy Savings Champion/Leader for Nestlé Ghana Tema Factory. i) I led the team who implemented the R3 Water and Energy Savings model to help reduce Water Consumption by 3% and Energy by 8% in just 1 year.
ii) Led the Factory to carry out Energy Target Savings (ETS) for 2011. 3) I was the Engineering Safety Champion.
i) I liaised with the Safety Health & Environment (SHE) Department to ensure compliance to environmental and safety regulations for Engineering.
ii) Member of the Behaviour Based Safety (BBS) Visit conducting team for Engineering.
