Hesham Afifi is the Managing Partner and Founder of Beans Consult, a boutique management consulting firm supporting startups and SMEs across strategy, operations, finance, technology, HR, legal structuring, and international expansion. He brings over eighteen years of multi-sector leadership experience as a managing director, entrepreneur, and university lecturer, building high-performing teams and guiding organizations through growth, restructuring, and digital transformation. Before establishing Beans Consult, Hesham spent more than a decade in senior executive roles within the Egyptian Group for Manufacturing Investments, ultimately leading the financial and administrative division overseeing more than 350 employees. His entrepreneurial work spans multiple ventures, including cloud services, youth development, and SME advisory. Alongside his consulting practice, Hesham has been a long-standing lecturer at the French University in Egypt, shaping the next generation of business leaders. Academically, he holds a degree and master’s from Université de Nantes, an HRM postgraduate diploma from the American University in Cairo, an MBA from Maastricht School of Management, and is currently completing a DBA at VERN University in Croatia. Hesham’s work integrates practical field experience with strategic insight, supporting founders and business owners in building resilient, scalable organizations across Egypt and the region.
