I've been a HR generalist for the most part of my 30+years career life. What I've always enjoyed most is staff development and organization development as well as staff wellness. To see individuals reach their potential is very fulfilling. I have done a lot of other work outside the HR field as well, including training, fundraising, compiling presentations, doing brain dominance profiling and training. I enjoy doing things that can benefit others. Lately I've been doing a lot of data capturing on CRM systems and also capturing hard copy files for people onto cloud based files to comply with the POPI act etc. I will welcome any work to add some income.
