Represent functional expertise in creating/reviewing transactions in third-party accounting systems. Utilize technical skills in supporting client testing efforts and troubleshooting connectivity, data transformation, and posting issues. The following IPAAS tools are currently used by Concur: Dell Boomi (AtomSphere) Maintain project plans according to Concur’s methodology. Manage and monitor projects against the initial project plans. Manage the expectations of the client (internal and external) with regard to project objectives, deliverables, timeframes, etc. by understanding the key business drivers and their prioritization. Ensure completion of deliverables, managing schedules, meeting milestones, delivering within budget, and ensuring creative and technical success. For Sub-Projects (Projects Run in Parallel With Core Product Implementations) Liaise with Concur internal resources to ensure understanding and clear communications Remain accountable to project plan deadlines Consistently communicate project status with the Concur project manager and/or customer by means of status reports and status calls. For All Types of Projects Gather functional and business requirements from client and translate into a functional hosted solution design according to client needs and scope of Concur products/services Conduct client training, design and knowledge transfer sessions. Support client’s testing cycles - research complex customer problems, issues, and circumstances and provide recommendations, alternatives, and risk assessments to client project manager Adhere to Concur SOP’s to transition customers from implementation to production support. Develop and maintain functional and technical product knowledge Develop and maintain knowledge of Concur’s implementation practices and methodologies
