The objective was to assess the efficiency, alignment, and scalability of existing practices across these domains. The project applied Agile methodology to ensure flexibility, iterative improvements, and close stakeholder collaboration throughout the assessment. Additionally, ITIL Process Management principles were integrated to evaluate the maturity and effectiveness of service management processes, with particular emphasis on standardization, service delivery, and continuous improvement. The outcome of the review provided actionable insights and recommendations to optimize operations, enhance cross-functional collaboration, and align the organization’s people and service strategies with its global business objectives.
