•Managed design and production of over 15 assembly benches, 10 poka yoke benches, and 15
metalization jigs for V710, CX740, J74, and V769 projects worth 1.2 Million Euros.
•Managed the Design and development processes of V769 Front Wheel Archliner part for Ford as codesign supplier using CatiaV5 and Ford Teamcenter System (FSS).
•Managed 11 molds, 3 US Welding machines, and 5 assembly lines of Fiat X250 and Renault X62 projects
for the Italian customer (Blinker Lighting Parts).
•Managed design and production of over 20 assembly benches, 25 poka yoke benches, 34 metalization
jigs, and 8 robot arms for FIAT 356MCA, Hyundai AC3/BC3, Renault CMFB/CMF1, Ford V362 MCA/V363
MCA, Fiat X250, Renault X62 projects.
