Six Sigma Quality Control - This course teaches Six Sigma as an organizational quality system and as a set of tools that have helped the world’s leading companies save millions of dollars and improve customer satisfaction. This course is taught in two parts: Part One covers quality history and highlights the development of the quality movement worldwide. It focused on the principals and reasons that led to the development of the Six Sigma philosophy and the techniques and the reasons why Six Sigma is not just the latest quality Axiom. Part Two of this course covered the tools and skills needed by an individual and an organization to implement Six Sigma. Additionally there is a detailed description of the Six Sigma Process: Including Six Sigma training, the D.M.A.I.C. Model, technical topics such as capability studies and experimental design, as well as how to train “Black Belts” and other key Six Sigma roles.
