I left this company because I had reached the ceiling, there wasn't any growth opportunities in sight. While I worked here I gained door to door experience, exceeded to being one of the 3 highest performers out of 5 states of operation consistently. This continued through my promotion into team management, I was one of the top 2 team leads throughout the company, consistently. I out performed everyone at trade shows and home shows especially, helping develop new event procedures and culture. I handled scheduling for staff, daily driving in the company van, KPI, morning meetings, incentives and much more. For events, my team and I were responsible for tear down and set up of each show, and hitting set goals in lead generation. I ran meetings and trainings with groups ranging from small to large both virtually and in person. I assisted in interviews, hiring and making major decisions for our branch. Having inevitable turn over in that department, I onboarded and trained a lot of reps. I worked for this company during a corporate buy out, and weathered a lot of difficult transitions. Through this I learned so much, and my reason for leaving is due to needing more personal and financial growth.
