Responsible for overall practice leadership and client management for all projects and clients within the Custom e-commerce and SAP practices. Managed 10 to 15 clients with monthly revenue ranging from 1.5M to 2.5M. Responsible for as many as 55 resources in 3 offices. Practice responsibilities included business development, hiring, training, planning, performance management, budgeting, forecasting and delivery. Served as senior counsel for all staff within the functional, technical, and creative communities. Designed, proposed and implemented a new functional consultant performance appraisal, recruiting strategy, time and expense policy, reporting/mentoring structures, RFP format, and best practices for methodology application. Client and Project responsibilities included creation and implementation of program plans, determination of best use of in-house and industry-leading methodologies, development of the client program and project plans, including staffing, operations, and revenue strategies, resolution of cross-team issues and risks, application of quality standards for all project deliverables, creation and application of phase delivery plans and release deployment plans, day-to-day oversight of all the project and practice managers. Consulted at a major international commodities client responsible for reconciling FI to SIS after client upgrade from 2.2 to 3.1H. Responsibilities included: trouble shooting and analysis of current information structures configuration relating to requirements, formulas, key figures, update groups etc.; extracting data from SAP and doing analyses in MS Access; reviewing OSS notes relating to SIS out of balance situations.
