Key Contributions:
1. Strategic Project Oversight: Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets to support efficient execution across multiple workstreams.
2. Performance Monitoring: Track project milestones, deliverables, and KPIs to ensure objectives are met on time and within scope.
3. Procurement&Vendor Management: Oversee procurement activities, including purchase orders, invoicing, vendor registration, and contract documentation.
4. Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a central point of contact, ensuring clear communication and alignment between internal teams, vendors, and key stakeholders.
5. Process Optimization: Implement structured documentation and reporting practices to enhance project transparency and decision-making.
Bid&Business Development Leadership:
1. End-to-End Tender Management: Lead the preparation and submission of government bids (RFPs/RFQs) via Etimad and SAP Ariba, ensuring full compliance with procurement regulations.
2. Financial & Legal Documentation: Prepare bid and performance bonds, manage invoicing, and track payments to secure timely revenue recognition.
3. Market Intelligence: Proactively identify and evaluate new RFP opportunities and pre-qualification requests to support business growth.
4. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong partnerships with key clients, consultants, and strategic partners to expand business opportunities and enhance the company’s market position.
