Benefits etc. Membership Manager should brief the staff before our first reservation. Staff are required to extend their own invitation card with their own code to at least 1-3 of the people they are serving. This creates substance and personal connection with staff members and potential new members. 7. Creating Memberships via Staff- coordinate with staff and create a unified system when creating new members. All staff is empowered to invite a guest back with their 4-digit invitation code on referral card, at this moment is when the client is officially set up to receive their membership card on their next visit. 8. Create members both red seal (invited member) and green seal (purchased member-considered VIP)
