Feb. 2018 - Feb. 2023London, Greater London, United KingdomEffectively created, delivered and managed visual and written communications to various audiences, with impact, on a daily basis to help grow and firmly establish the MHRA's brand as a trusted authority of regulation. Closely monitored content that went out - from conception to delivery of communications. Used Adobe Creative Suite applications for my day-to-day work. Illustrator for vector-based graphics - including infographics, icons, drawings and graphical elements for both screen and print-based communications. Photoshop for screen-based design - namely an effective tool for creating social media and web assets. After Effects for animated graphics in videos and gifs. And Premiere Pro for creating/editing video content. Gained experience in creating content for social media - making me familiar with the latest trends and types of assets used in campaigns for maximum engagement with current audiences. Created assets for social media daily - the likes of medicines/medical devices recalls/alerts, information for public/patients and healthcare professionals, as well as more strategic, proactive content for regular medicines and medical products-related campaigns. As part of creating and contributing to communication plans, I was involved at the strategising of delivering content when campaigning to stakeholders and various target audiences. Regularly created, published and managed web content for Government pages using Markdown. Utilised Google Analytics to evaluate data on published web and social media content to improve future content with insight-led design. The maintenance of branding throughout the organisation - including colours, logo usage, comms templates and regularly reviewing the brand in-voice within written content. This extended to other channels of marketing including email design and agency blog posts.
