Directed vendors in workplace design, aiming to cultivate an environment that up-levels the physical, cultural and operational space that impacts productivity and overall experience-- down to the details with items like a podcast station, mother's room & lending library. As the voice and advocate for all team members outside of HQ in Seattle, I worked cross-functionally to ensure a high-caliber employee experience (EX) by managing all field office EX programs and activity; sparking connection, facilitating engagement, removing road blocks for productivity, and stream lining processes for efficiency. Core Responsibilities:
Manage and amplify culture programs that drive intrinsic motivation, belonging and skills development in teams
Innovate, collaborate, design and manage new ways to improve the employee experience, consulting leadership across the organization. Run core EX programs, including: New hire seating, workstation and equipment readiness | first day tour | travel to HQ for orientation, etc.
Develop and manage key cultural events (25+/yr) including Annual Family Picnics, weekly happy hours, leadership off-sites, Holiday Parties, bi-monthly recognition events, weekly yoga & meditation, Annual All Company Kickoff at HQ (450 attendees, 4-5 days)
