Key clients: Telenor, Walmart Foundation, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Intel Inc.. Detailed Description of projects managed: - UNDP UPPR Collaboration: About 1 million dollars worth collaboration designed to address the capacity building of 13,650 individuals around Economic Development. Partnering with largest foot ware exporter with Bangladesh was a key success. - WHEEL: Women's Health & Education through Effective Learning (WHEEL) focuses on workforce empowerment of about 5000 women working at RMG and Apperal sector. This a 3 year project funded by Walmart Foundation worth USD 1 Million. Pipeline fund is available from Gucci Foundation worth GBP 35,000. - RBPB: An initiative to develop capacity and assess the private sector readiness to adopt responsible and social business approaches in Bangladesh, focusing specifically on workforce and sustainability. This is a project worth USD 60,000 (DFID) - Tothyo Tori: An unique ICT4D project to minimize the digital divide and provide important The project is worth USD 60,000 with additional boat-based income structure. This is a multi-partner project includes Intel, ACI Pharma and Grameenphone/ Telenor Ltd. Strategic Direction: My current portfolio requires intensive input on strategic direction while designing and implementing projects. With the organization's ongoing strategic directions, day to day project management also needs to be aligned. As a technical coordinator, I guide my teams on this. Additionally, I was the Gender technical person for my unit, member of Disaster Response Team and Climate Change Working Group. These are strategic roles in the organization.
