Jan. 2016 - Feb. 2019Budapest, HungaryAfter a few months of EKAER administration (an electronic system introduced in Hungary for legal tracking of consignments that meet certain conditions), I’ve been promoted to Customer Service Representative. My responsibilities included processing shipping orders, starting from the phase of giving quotation, through receiving and registering the order, arranging to have them picked up and delivered to the consignees, while managing all related administrative tasks, handling upcoming issues, and keeping in touch with not only the customers, but warehouses, subcontractors and freight planners from all around Europe.
