-Managed hiring metrics from end-to-end funnel to offer, proactively identifying and resolving roadblocks.
-Led a team of 3 Managers and 20+ recruiters; an authentic and empathic leader building a culture of inclusion, career development, trust, empowerment and fun; creating a high performing team that consistently meets yearly hiring targets.
-Led Intuit’s site strategy across the company; using talent intelligence and executing all organization’s site strategies while building governance to adhere to declared site strategies, creating a blueprint and communicating strategic intent to enhance access to talent.
-Grew New York's tech workforce by 525 employees over 3 years, increasing technical hires at site from 30% to 51% in 2025.
-Orchestrated Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) recruiting initiatives, implementing data-driven strategies to identify and close gaps in representation. Cultivated diverse talent pipelines and enhanced the candidate experience for underrepresented groups (URG) across all levels. Achieved a 6% increase in Finance representation, from 15% to 21%.
