Cultivated diverse talent pipelines and enhanced the candidate experience for underrepresented groups (URG) across all levels. Achieved a 6% increase in Finance representation, from 15% to 21%. -Trusted Business partner contributing to the overall success of Talent Acquisition organization partnering with Finance, Strategic Sourcing, Talent Intelligence, Talent Programs & Marketing, and Analytics teams.
