- Analysis of data and internal and external information in order to contribute towards the understanding of the education market with respect to the service and product portfolio of the School and its offer suitability to the target public involved.
• Analysis of internal search data, complementing the studies with secondary data and other information applicable to the study developed, presenting the final interpretation and recommendations.
• Guidance to and development of employees of the team, such as trainees, clerks, and assistants.
• Performance and coordination of market searches, preparing or reviewing questionnaires to meet the objects defined, in addition to instruct external researchers and monitoring field work auditing.
• Development of required analyses or internal or external contacts contributing towards the Strategic Planning of the Marketing Department and the School.
• Preparation of periodical reports of activities and actions developed to disclose courses, identifying the investments, results, and returns in the period.
• Organization of institutional events and steps required to do so (contacts with suppliers, service hiring and rent of spaces and so on) with the purpose of making the brand stronger to support the activities developed.
• Identification of supplementary opportunities of disclosure (fairs, colleges, and preparatory courses for college entrance examination) for the products and services forming the School’s portfolio and other means that make the brand Faculdade da Santa Casa de São Paulo noticeable to the market.
• Monitoring of the preparation of ad materials, use of budgetary control of the area and recommendation of business and partnership opportunities or release of new products and services.
- Planning, implementation and optimization of marketing actions in digital (Facebook Ads, Adwords, Google Analytics, inbound)
