Negotiate acceleration plans to improve the contractual delivery date to match the ROS.
Negotiation of Change Orders with suppliers, Invoices approval, and resolution of claims and LD in case.
Covering the role of Logistic Manager: 1500+ shipments arranged from several countries in the world to UAE and from UAE to Ivory Coast (Sea Freights and Air freights including OOG and DGs).
Responsible of Logistics budget, approval of quotes received from Freight Forwarders ensuring the on-time delivery to match the project’s needs.
Warehouse management for all items received and their traceability (Long Lead Items, Commissioning, Operational and Capital Spares, Consumables, Tools.
Developing procedures and systems for scheduling and tracking procurement and distribution operations.
Tender and selection of assigned freight forwarder and logistics base in Ivory Coast for the remaining construction activity to be done offshore, included the PSV and FSIV contracts supporting the goods transfer from onshore to offshore.
