-Train and prepare newly hired Customer Onboarding Managers for their role and responsibilities. -Edit, update, and maintain internal knowledge storage platform.
-Collaborate with Senior management to develop internal knowledge strategy. -Design new training content and strategies in a rapidly changing environment. -Identify and implement measures of success for training program.
