At Burn Boot Camp Herriman, I currently serve as the Manager, overseeing the full operation of the location. Under my leadership, both membership numbers and gross revenue have grown significantly. I manage a dynamic team of 30+ employees and support over 500 active members, taking full ownership of the member lifecycle—from initial engagement through ongoing retention and satisfaction. I’m passionate about building strong teams, optimizing processes, and ensuring an exceptional member experience at every touchpoint.
