• Developed a regional recruitment campaign and customizable sales product portfolio aligned with local market needs.
• Facilitated localized recruitment strategies for critical positions, including Youth Marketing, across 19 offices.

• Led the organization of high-impact events, including the Iberoamerican Leadership Congress, four regional congresses, and an offsite meeting for AIESEC International focused on long-term external communications planning.
• Delivered inspiring presentations as a speaker at five international conferences across South America, reaching and educating audiences averaging 250 attendees per event.
• Led the recruitment campaign and actively participated in selecting the Executive Board of AIESEC in the Southern Cone for the 2012–2013 term, fostering future organizational leadership.
