Duties include survey planning, navigation database setup, execution and monitoring of seismic lines, management of line changes and turns, QC of positioning data, and preparation of final navigation deliverables in compliance with CGG procedures, client requirements and HSE standards. Skilled in operation and integration of advanced positioning systems, including DGPS (C-Nav, Veripos, Fugro Starfix), acoustic systems (Sonardyne, Sercel Nautilus), streamer control (Sercel Nautilus, Digicourse, ION), MRUs (Seapath, IXSEA, HydrINS), and heading sensors (gyro and fiber optic gyros). Experienced in navigation software platforms such as Navipac, Spectra, and Gator, with strong knowledge of geodesy, coordinate systems, and QC methodologies. Proven ability to lead and train navigation teams, troubleshoot complex multi-vessel positioning challenges, and ensure operational safety and data integrity in demanding offshore environments.
