• Managed financial support, planning, implementation, and researched funding sources. Established strategies to approach funders, submitted proposals and administered fundraising documentation
• Managed the organization’s operations and human, financial, and physical resources that included 200 hundred volunteers, 33 government officials, Zera Bolivia’s team, a network of rural communities, divisions inside the Mayor’s office of three cities, the national penitentiary system and the national children hospitals of Bolivia • Launched a national-level program reaching 8,000 children with growth of 75% year over year since 2015 • Formulated strategy planning and policy recommendations for different governmental offices, guided courses of action for staff operations, and acted as an intermediary between the stakeholders
• Trained groups of facilitators designing the in-person and virtual educational methodology strategy and guided all pilot groups. • Conducted a comprehensive evaluation and optimization of educational approaches and implementation processes, informed by data analytics.
