Create and present group overview materials to senior leadership, regulatory reviewers, internal auditors, and risk groups. Develop, edit, administer, and provide business process improvement plans and internal business communications. Offer guidance to all lines of business in designing, implementing, and testing effective business continuity plans. Serve as Treasury’s third party primary business liason, managing the business’s outsourcing process end to end.
• Assured readiness and capacity to oversee Treasury group responsibilities and deliverables in event of unforeseen business disruptions while acting as business continuity manager for all Treasury business continuity plans.
• Manage the Treasury outsourcing process, ensuring all third-party engagements are compliant with internal policies and regulatory requirements while applying deep business expertise to oversee the entire lifecycle of third-party relationships including risk identification, contract negotiation, issue resolution, and strategic decisionmaking related to each business engagement.
• Deploy executive reporting and Board materials while facilitating successful integration of Enterprise Finance initiatives across business divisions.
• Devise and execute holistic report for senior management showcasing efforts of all Treasury lines of business, including information on current financials, headcount projections, and milestones for key initiatives.
• Represented Treasury division on regulatory requirements, including incident reporting and corrective action tracking.
• Directed Treasury subgroups’ participation in government-mandated compliance initiatives serving as control owner for multiple written procedures. • Established procedures from inception, all achieving passing grades during compliance assessments.
