Apr. 2023Cambridge, Massachusetts, United States--Re-designed and delivered three enterprise-wide blended learning programs to nearly 200 learners, from individual contributor to senior manager over 3 years. Aligned programs to organization-wide competency model. -Key results include: 84 eNPS score; 23% increase in knowledge; 14% increase in ability to apply learning. --Built and delivered a 4-module e-learning curriculum for all people managers. Partnered with subject matter experts in employment law, talent management, human resources, people operations, internal communications, as well as current people managers to translate critical policy, technical and leadership content for managers into learnable and engaging e-learning content. -Key results include: 10 point increase in people manager sentiment about access to learning and development to do their job well. --Partner with colleagues in People and Talent, Finance, Corporate Strategy, Leadership Operations, Facilities & Onboarding to provide learning support. -Examples include: team building sessions, cohort-based people management sessions, technical training on software and safe building evacuation procedures. --Led a team to research, assess and successfully bring in an organization-wide assessment tool (Predictive Index) and onboard a new Learning Management System (360 Learning).
