Integrated the solution with 15+ banking systems, which made it possible to eliminate paper document flow, reduce operating costs by $34,000 per month, and free up 4,300 m2 of space.
2. Led a cross-functional agile team of 50+ specialists (development, system architecture, business analysis, finance, lawyers) to implement digital projects from concept to launch and post-project support.
3. Managed a department of up to 93 people (3 departments), reorganized processes and structure. As a result, reduced the cost of department functions by half and hired more than 10 specialists to strengthen the team.
4. Defended financial models and project ROI to C-level management, managing the entire budgeting cycle from planning to performance monitoring.
5. Managed the entire cycle of vendor solution selection and integration, including tendering, contract negotiations, and SLA compliance monitoring.
6. Built the business analysis process from scratch: collected and formalized requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria), managed the backlog, and worked with subject matter experts to develop the target architecture (AS-IS / TO-BE) for key digitalization projects.
