Culture of Health: With years of accumulated experience in the L&D industry, I settled into the role of an Independent Consultant with one goal: assist green entrepreneurs and experienced corporates alike in realizing and achieving their performance goals—which directly impact overall organizational profitability. When a company feels like it needs to take a new direction in terms of employee performance, they reach out to me to assess training and development needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and communication with managers, instructors, and customer representatives. I leverage data expertise to analyze, create, organize, plan, and present various forms of onboarding, orientation, and tailor-made training programs for the company’s employees. Within this short span of time, and during this global-wide economic crisis, I have successfully delivered on the L&D front, effectively functioning as a key player, preventing crises, and helping numerous companies stay afloat.
