I optimized differentiation protocols, characterized cardiomyocytes using structural and functional markers, and evaluated the effects of drugs such as doxorubicin through assays including MTT and cardiac troponin detection. Additionally, I performed molecular biology techniques such as protein assays, Western blotting, and PCR to support the characterization process. Through this research, I contributed to the development of robust in vitro models for cardiotoxicity assessment and deepened the understanding of cardiomyocyte biology.
