Coached and supervised brand managers (Heineken and Tiger) for implementation strategy and execution. Key detailed jobs : [1] Acquired and analyzed market information (with support from market research agencies) including consumer trends / behaviors, brand share movement, and competitors ’ activities to develop overall Marketing Plan. [2] Managed and coordinated with media/advertising agencies to develop and carry out integrated communication for brand’s advertising campaigns. [3] Developed and managed with third parties all the activation and implementation of all related brands’ sponsor activities, PR, and events under the brands’ strategic communication platforms. [4] Developed and controlled branding POSMs and initiated, monitored and evaluated all consumers promotion campaigns in coordination with sales department. [5] Controlled and monitored Brands’ expenditure.
