ClinCaptureAssociate, Business Development
Nov. 2010 - Dec. 2013- Assist in developing new business through collaborative work with the Sales, Marketing, and Staffing teams
- Inside Sales: Gather company background information, researching point of contacts in organizations, finding connections in or outside target companies that can act as champions
- Initial reach outs to various high level executives based on research and business plans to generate leads and presentations
- Schedule meetings and presentations based off of lead generating reach out for members of the Executive and Sales Team
- Keep an organized, accountable record of sales leads, reach outs and follow up dates
- Prepare research and participate in the creation of presentations for potential client meetings
- Follow up in a timely manner to lead generating items, keeping an accurate account at all times
- Help in the planning, communication, and follow up in webinars created by Marketing
- Participate in potential client webex, meetings, and presentations when needed
- Develop ideas for new lead generating projects to further increase business
- Manage outsourced tasks and projects in relation to business development
- Compile weekly tracking reports of business development activity, including Sales Report and Lead Generation results
