I’m Raquel Higuti, an entrepreneur and real estate / property management VA. I help streamline property management processes, keep things running smoothly, and make sure both owners and tenants are happy. I worked as a Maintenance Team Leader at property management company in California overseeing over 1,800 units, and as a Maintenance Coordinator at Missouri, managing 1,200 units. I also supported a vendor company as Assistant to the General Manager, handling HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service operations. I’ve spent over eight years in operations and hospitality, and I love building systems that make work easier and more efficient. Outside of real estate, I run a small fruit juice business that combines my love for wellness and entrepreneurship. I’m also a freediver and ocean lover, passionate about marine conservation and simple living.
