Lead oversight of HR platforms (HRIS/ATS, SharePoint, Smartsheets) to maintain data privacy standards. Manage global performance and salary review processes, oversee private union negotiations, and monitor public collective agreement negotiations. Track performance review completion rates and work with regional HR to address performance concerns effectively. Conduct due diligence on potential acquisitions, providing actionable recommendations to reduce costs and enhance profitability. Oversee seamless post-merger integrations. Played a pivotal role in 20 acquisitions, contributing to a revenue increase of $300M.
