Sep. 2019 - Jan. 2022During my tenure in this role, I provided exceptional leadership support in the effective management of platform-wide revenue of approximately $30m, focusing primarily on the Southeast Region, and segmenting across the Envista Business Units, including KaVo Kerr, NobelBiocare Systems, and Ormco within Dental Support Organizations (DSO). I managed a team of 5 strategic account managers and 2 clinical success managers. I oversaw the negotiation of major organizational contracts, employing direct and indirect B2B distribution strategies, and collaborating seamlessly with Finance, HR, Legal, Sales, and Marketing to tailor solutions for strategic customers. I led the formulation of annual sales goals and projections, utilizing growth bridges and playbooks, specific to the designated geography, product categories, and customer segments.
• Facilitated the growth of the SPARK business unit from scratch to $2.5M in 2021.
• Liaised with commercial team to develop effective and measurable sales strategies for multiple product categories.
• Recognized as the primary influencer, leader, and trainer for cross-platform, strategic account management sales operations, and standard work.
• Increased Ormco Special Markets sales from $2M+ to $20M+ annually by acting as the national liaison between Ormco operating company and the DSO and Institution (School/Govt) vertical markets.
• Steered full spectrum of the CEO Kaizen initiative as the KTL, implementing a new approval process across all Envista units to enhance business protection, win new business, and secure complete buy-in, resulting in a 10% increase in platform margin.
