Build overall strategy to implement changes in Vertex and SAP systems in order to apply taxes for existing and new contracts. *Lead regulatory changes for tax reporting and submission on UK VAT returns in accordance with the Making Tax Digital requirements by the imposed deadline. MSCI must preserve digital records, have a clear digital journey through an API solution.

Analysis, design and control for new technologies being deployed for regulatory and internal requirements. Worked on divestiture project during GE Capital to Engenium Capital transition, delivering proposals for technology replacement covering Credit Risk and Compliance areas. Started through data structure for each business, data integrity for records being kept, security, proposal analysis, new technology deployment, maintenance/support and user training for a smooth transition. It was key to keep data integrity and diligently transfer deals to provide business continuity through transition. Communication was critical to achieve our goals on time and within defined scope to complete a healthy divestiture. Completed deployment for Credit Risk and AML tools which are globally recognized as first in class (Moody’s Analytics, Thomson Reuters, Quien es Quien, Bloomberg, Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications). These tools interact to provide a proper customer rating and analysis, minimizing overall risk to provide a new deal. Using these tools, we covered regulatory requirements from Comisión Nacional Bancaria y de Valores. Integrated Credit Risk and Compliance tools through a single database. Automated analytics processes through data mining using a centralized database (using EBS), simplified reporting using Qlikview. As a side effort, accomplished a successful transition to our new office in Monterrey collaborating with Facilities and Infrastructure teams to provide new network/phone services. Led technical support and controlled inventory since April 2016 for Guadalajara and Monterrey.

Worked on key reports which would provide accurate data for finance teams to determine portfolio assigned to each buyer. These reports were key to complete the divestiture process.

IT solution deployment to enable ITO/OTR handoff increasing process efficiency which is reflected in response time and data accuracy when sending quotes. Finally, obtaining proposals for cutting edge technology which would replace existing tools to be integrated with SalesForce. In addition to Project management for Sales & Pricing teams, developed new projects to provide growth for local talent in GE Power such as Project Management Professional training & certification. Built a competitive proposal for local IT leader to benefit IT professionals. By 2011 we had 15 IT professionals certified as PMPs.
