Started by solving technical issues and analyze gaps in the business process. *Led project management on new Revenue system to be migrated from RevPro to Revstream. Goals to be accomplished as part of system migration: Integration with SAP SD Module and Salesforce, Period-end close process times are improved, MoM/QoQ/YoY Actual revenue analysis, improve reporting through Qliksense and Insights. *Project management on Revenue system migration. Goals to be accomplished in this 2-year project: Integration with SAP SD Module and Salesforce, Period-end close process times are improved, MoM/QoQ/YoY Actual revenue analysis, improve reporting through Qliksense and Insights tools. *Defined a new structure and runbook to simplify month end processing reducing manual inputs, hand offs, cleaning up reports used as an input. These changes were tracked on a monthly basis to present time/quality/resource reduction through specific metrics for leadership teams. *Singapore and Malaysia introduce new tax rules on digital services supplied by foreign service providers to local clients. Build overall strategy to implement changes in Vertex and SAP systems in order to apply taxes for existing and new contracts. *Lead regulatory changes for tax reporting and submission on UK VAT returns in accordance with the Making Tax Digital requirements by the imposed deadline. MSCI must preserve digital records, have a clear digital journey through an API solution.

Main Responsibilities: IT Project Administration focused on Credit Risk and Compliance. Analysis, design and control for new technologies being deployed for regulatory and internal requirements. Worked on divestiture project during GE Capital to Engenium Capital transition, delivering proposals for technology replacement covering Credit Risk and Compliance areas. Started through data structure for each business, data integrity for records being kept, security, proposal analysis, new technology deployment, maintenance/support and user training for a smooth transition.
It was key to keep data integrity and diligently transfer deals to provide business continuity through transition. Communication was critical to achieve our goals on time and within defined scope to complete a healthy divestiture.
Completed deployment for Credit Risk and AML tools which are globally recognized as first in class (Moody’s Analytics, Thomson Reuters, Quien es Quien, Bloomberg, Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications). These tools interact to provide a proper customer rating and analysis, minimizing overall risk to provide a new deal. Using these tools, we covered regulatory requirements from Comisión Nacional Bancaria y de Valores. Integrated Credit Risk and Compliance tools through a single database. Automated analytics processes through data mining using a centralized database (using EBS), simplified reporting using Qlikview.
As a side effort, accomplished a successful transition to our new office in Monterrey collaborating with Facilities and Infrastructure teams to provide new network/phone services. Led technical support and controlled inventory since April 2016 for Guadalajara and Monterrey.

Main Responsibilities: IT Project Management focused on Credit Risk, Compliance and Sales. Analysis, design and control of new technologies covering regulatory and internal requirements. Improvements/upgrades applied to systems used worldwide throughout Risk and Compliance.
Global Project administration to reduce cost, comply with local regulations, simplify and automate current processes. “Go to expert” for all 3 regions (Mexico, Guadalajara & Monterrey) for change control related to credit origination (Siebel), transactions (PMS) and sales tool (SalesForce).
IT leader for divestiture during GE Capital acquisition through different partners such as Wells Fargo, Element Corporation and Engenium Capital. Keeping data integrity, operational processes, maintenance and required changes before month or year-end end closing.
Created a historical datawarehouse to simplify data structure when separating deals for each buyer. Worked on key reports which would provide accurate data for finance teams to determine portfolio assigned to each buyer. These reports were key to complete the divestiture process.

Main Responsibilities: IT Project Management for Sales and Pricing teams. Optimized the balance between user experience, hardware and IT solutions to provide the best performance.
Management, control and support of tools used to generate quotes, prices list, analytics and reporting to provide a competitive advantage for decision making. Using these tools allowed Sales and Analytics teams to have a 360 view or those deals which were sent out to different customers. Developed new tracking tool within SalesForce to analyze win/loss ratio for each deal identifying hits & deficiencies.
Cost reduction to simplify processes through “quick hits” and license administration to diligently distribute access/work load. IT solution deployment to enable ITO/OTR handoff increasing process efficiency which is reflected in response time and data accuracy when sending quotes. Finally, obtaining proposals for cutting edge technology which would replace existing tools to be integrated with SalesForce.
In addition to Project management for Sales & Pricing teams, developed new projects to provide growth for local talent in GE Power such as Project Management Professional training & certification. Built a competitive proposal for local IT leader to benefit IT professionals. By 2011 we had 15 IT professionals certified as PMPs.

Responsible to design with crossfunctional teams, new products to be launched nationwide. Quantifying scope, resources and timeline to deliver a new high-quality product considering technical team capabilities.
Key stakeholder for New Product Introduction sessions, presenting a design and complete functionality required for this new product. Exposure to Senior Leadership Team to receive approval before deployment for the new product being designed. Certified as Information Management Leadership Program (ITLP) which is a globally recognized GE program. This is a 2 year process, including four rotations with a 6 month duration, qualifying project completion, deliverables, training and knowledge applied to each solution.
