Mar. 2022GÜNSEL Academy is an initiative that creates solutions with training and internship programs both for its own personnel and for the whole audience who want to improve themselves in this field, in the light of the vision and mission of GÜNSEL, the first and only domestic automobile enterprise of the TRNC. It offers training solutions in line with the competencies required by the 21st century and taking into account the needs of individuals, and tries to customize the training experience. It makes special efforts to transform information and transfer it to different target audiences on the basis of needs. It tries to develop the necessary competencies to keep up with the pace of development in this sector and supports the process in competency management.
