Maria Moreno serves as the Senior Vice President of Strategy International at ADP, where she spearheads global strategic initiatives to drive business growth and innovation. With over 25 years of experience in the tech industry, Maria has a proven track record of transforming complex challenges into opportunities, leading her teams to achieve a significant increase in international market share over the past three years. Her visionary leadership and deep understanding of emerging markets have been instrumental in ADP's geographic expansion. Maria belongs to ADP’s international leadership team, strategy leadership team, and the innovation council. Maria previously held leadership positions at Apple and DDB, for Audi, contributing to global innovation in product, marketing, and communications. At Apple, she launched and expanded Apple Pay internationally in 22 markets and into 200+ banks. While working with DDB, Maria led, drove, and enabled the digital transformation strategy, marketing, and communications for Audi, globally. Maria’s career began as an account director for McCann Worldgroup, then was a trade marketing director at Yahoo! Inc. before moving to Tribal Worldwide as a client services director. Maria’s strong academic background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Advertising from CEU Cardenal Herrera University, complemented by extensive executive leadership development courses through IESE Business School of the University of Navarra. A passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion, Maria actively mentors young professionals and champions initiatives that promote equitable workplace practices across the company.
