Reformatted and cleaned up current VM software to include up to date contracts/renewals, all up to date due diligence documents, and all vendors reclassified by a new initial risk assessment. In charge of negotiating and reviewing all contracts and complex third-party vendor agreements with all vendors to achieve cost savings.
