Los proyectos fueron desarrollados con base en Chile pero algunos de ellos consideraron implementaciones en Brasil, Colombia, Ecuador, Estados Unidos, Panamá, Perú y la Unión Europea. Desde la perspectiva comercial, lideré la prospección y venta de proyectos en el rango entre US$20,000 y US$250,000. Este liderazgo considera el diseño técnico, la temporalidad de implementación, contratación de servicios complementarios y valoración del proyecto para la propuesta económica hacia el cliente. Los procesos de venta generalmente se realizaban en coordinación con Gerentes de Sostenibilidad, Finanzas, Proyectos y Gerencia General. Desde la perspectiva de liderazgo administrativo, lideré y participé en procesos de contratación de colaboradores desde analistas a cargos gerenciales, lideré procesos de desarrollo de carrera para colaboradores bajo mi tutela, y lideré optimizaciones en la gestión interna de nuestras operaciones como consultora (contratación de CRMs, migración de datos de la empresa, mejora de herramientas de gestión comercial y presupuestaria, entre otros).

The design process considered engagement with different stakeholders across the globe, including multinational companies, investors, fund managers, multilateral organizations, and team members within the organization from 12 different countries. The role also included maintaining relationships with 60 different with presence in all regions of the world, that were users of the actual version of the analytic tool. The main objective was to communicate timelines and details of the redesign process to assure companies don't experience issues or delays during the transition between the actual version and the new release.

Additionnaly, I serve as regional programs representative for the global network of the movement and regional advisor for the development of the global tech-products of the movement (B Impact Assessment and SDG Action Manager). In 2019 I also coordinated in Latam the NetZero2030 campaign which led to over 200 B Corps in Latam committed at COP25 to achieve net-zero emissions by 2030.

Oct. 2017 - Jan. 2019Region Metropolitana, ChileAs part of the Operations Team at Sistema B International, I've supported sales and implementation of different Triple Impact (ESG) Measurement Programs based on the B Impact Assessment in Latam. My work has centered around identifying clients' needs to adjust our portfolio services to serve client's specific needs. I also designed, produced, and systematize the benchmark reporting services offered by Sistema B within the region. As part of the role, I had to represent Sistema B at the global movement level coordinating with B Lab's global network participating in the design and implementation of global platforms as the SDG Action Manager (management product to help company quantify their level of contribution to the SDG global agenda) in coordination with representative from US, Europe, Australia & New Zealand, and East Africa regions. Lastly, I've also developed impact reports to disclose publicly the impact Sistema B has achieved in the region analyzing the database of +140.000 companies that use the B Impact Assessment globally.

Particularly I participated in contributing to generate the monthly supervising reports, organizing and improving data management by reorganizing and making databases leaner. I also lead one of the eleven projects on the Institutional Improvement Plan, working with different departments within the Agency, achieving the specific goal of mapping and updating workflows whilst identifying improvement opportunities to be implemented. Lastly, I promoted and established a working roundtable with the accreditation agencies to expedite the learning process among peer agencies and systematically looking for efficiencies in the work between the National Accreditation Agency and its supervisees, whilst shortening the interaction between the main stakeholders in the national accredition system for undergrad programs.

During this time, we co-developed a methodology to grant a fluid user experience from first steps engaging with the B Impact Assessment (assessment required for B Corp Certification) to analyzing results after completion and translating those results into actionable improvement plans for companies both at an operational level and at a strategic business model redesign to maximize triple bottom line impact: economic, social and environmental.

Mar. 2015 - Dec. 2015For my Thesis Project as Engineer Undergraduate, I sampled an application (SaaS) to help companies understand their results in the B Impact Assessment (designed by B Lab Inc) and translate these results into actionable improvement plans with special attention to developing Impact Business Models (as defined by B Lab) to profoundly connect company's business model with generating positive social and environmental impact. As part of the project, I also identified key activities companies could implement to set the grounds to match B Lab certification standards for Impact Business Model recognition along with Key Process Indicators to manage such activities.
