• Increased responsibilities after 3 months to take on the newly acquired Fourlaps Athletic business with a strategic focus on P&L improvement, produce refresh and consumer acquisition. Drove the decision and implementation of shuttering the unprofitable Women’s division, reduced product investment by $1M while significantly adding newness to the Spring 2024 line and implemented a direct mail and programmatic direct mail strategy which led to an immediate 20% growth in sales and a 10% growth in the active consumer file.
