This department did not exist and I was part of a team responsible for project managing, recruiting, training, setting up procedures, and getting this department up and running within a specific time frame.
Once it was up and running, I stayed on in an Operational Manager role, responsible for all aspects of managing the call centre and ensuring its efficiency. This role included everything from recruitment, training, staff management, client liaison, introducing
system and process efficiencies, call centre software implementation and management.
