Currently a coach and business consultant, my career has spanned a range of disciplines, mostly focused on supporting others to overcome obstacles and strive towards their full potential. I've been a tutor, a teacher, and a marketing and communications specialist; a leader of teams and a manager of professional development and human resources. I've freelanced, run businesses, and worked across contexts—from small organisations to global firms; in offices, in the field, and remotely. These roles have ingrained in me a deep-seated optimism in people's capacity to change, and a drive to help build systems and structures that support such change. This work has included designing processes for incident resolution and providing support for team members facing work-related stress, burnout and interpersonal conflict. I've facilitated mediations lasting upwards of eight hours and intervened directly to resolve acute, dynamic situations. More recently, I spearheaded efforts at a major French music festival to address cultural appropriation and promote fair representation of performers from disadvantaged populations.
